[Spce-user] Register a PBX to SipWise CE

[Neofone Info]

so you are saying that in a subscriber where i need to create username 
and password instead of this i enter username and password of the other 
PBX that i want to register in sipwise?

i have the credential of another PBX and want to register in sipwise.
