[Spce-user] Register a PBX to SipWise CE

my typo.
name is peer_auth_realm, not _proxy.
it is the realm used to identify the remote proxy. can be both.
Please use our GUI online help (see "?" signs before any preferences)
to see what the attribute is used for.
