[Spce-user] Sipwise C5 CE do not play announcements

I use Sipwise C5 CE 8.2.1 with my topo like this:
SIP client => NAT => Internet = > NAT => Sipwise
​​​​​​SIP Clients can call together well.
But if I call to SIP account that don't have in my system or call to wrong SIP number, nothing happened. I've setup sound set for my domain.

Do you have any advice?
