[Spce-user] Sipwise C5 CE do not play announcements

You have to check kamailio proxy log (/var/log/ngcp/kamailio-proxy.log)
to see what is happening exactly to this call.
It could be useful also to increase the log level to have more details
(ngcp-loglevel proxy --set-verbose).

If you have any doubt you can also post here the log removing all the
sensitive data.

Additionally you can also start a 'sngrep' and verify where the call is
