For free minutes, I think you must set the free time in the billing profile if you want it to be done automatically every month, free cash you can do with profile package.

If i put 1000 minutes in a free time balance customer, at the end of the month the counter is reset and starts again from 1000 or is it reset? how can i reset them at the beginning of each month to the set value?
