[Spce-user] delete topup log

Hi,

I have made a small script to handle balances through the API but it is 
generating a lot of logs in the table topuplog. Can idelete these 
records by hand in the DB without problems?I do not see in the API how 
to delete them and they could generate problems in the future (many 
records have been generated).

The version is sipwise CE (7.5.10).
