[Spce-user] End of support of mr6.5 LTS

Hi all:

With the release of Sipwise C5 mr6.5.13 (link to the announcement below), mr6.5
LTS as a whole becomes unsupported and deprecated.

Please upgrade your mr6.5* to mr7.5* LTS at least, or even better to releases
mr8.5* or mr9.5* that are also LTS and will be supported for much longer.
