Hello,

1. Yes for sure this is no problem.
Just read the documentation: network.yml configuration. There you will find all information you need about ip configuration :)

2. for sure, but i think you should first read in detail the handbook. It is everything there you need for peering rules configuration etc. it is very easy if you got it once.

3. not in romania but SIP is wordwide everywhere the same… so doesnt matter where you use it, just create a peering, create a domain, create a subscriber and place your call 😉
