Having a scenario to reproduce the issue or at least an idea of what
is the SIP flow when this happened would helpful.

Furthermore, the full output of the following commands executed
inside gdb (running against your above mentioned coredump file)
might be useful as a starting point for further investigation:

  set print pretty
  bt full
  info locals
  info sharedlibrary
  p 0x7ffd00000000

If sharing your coredump file is an option, that would also
certainly simplify further debugging.
