[Spce-user] Upgrade to mr11.4.1 from mr11.1.1 // ERROR: the step 'mr10.2/fix_apply_stashed_changes' failed, upgrade aborted!

Hello, I have problems upgrading from mr 11.1.1 to mr11.4.1 

The update on the fallback partition is successful, as per the guide I activate maintenance mode and restart the server. 

When I restart I find almost all the services not started (eg mariadb, kamailio, rtcpengine etc). 

When I rerun ngcp-upgrade I get the following error: 

The stash entry is kept in case you need it again. 
ERROR: the step 'mr10.2/fix_apply_stashed_changes' failed, upgrade aborted! 
Please fix the root of the issue and restart 'ngcp-upgrade' 
(see error details in log file /ngcp-data/ngcp-upgrade/mr11.1.1-mr11.4.1/logs/ngcp-upgrade-mr11.1.1-mr11.4.1-1690117247.log ). 

I also tried to update to 11.2.1 and I get the same situation
