[Spce-user] LCR not working

Hello,

I configured two SIP Peering Groups. One for Vendor A, and other for Vendor
B.
At the beginning I configured the same fee for one destination under their
respective Billing Profile.
Every time I made a call from a subscriber's softphone, the call would be
sent to either A or B in a "random" fashion.
Then I configured a higher fee for Vendor A and made more test calls.
Still getting calls to both vendors, and when making a Call Routing
Verification the results show that the call would go out using Vendor A
(multiple attempts of verification always show vendor A).

I was unable to find any reference for LCR on the handbook at
https://www.sipwise.com/doc/mr11.2.1/spce/ce/mr11.2.1/about/about.html

Can you please point me in the right direction?
