[Spce-user] LCR not working

Never mind.

I found out on previous posts that I needed to enable "perform_peer_lcr" on
config.yml and apply.
Calls from softphone went to the cheapest peer, but still calls simulated
from Call Routing Verification show that the call will go through most
expensive peer. (maybe a bug?)
