[Spce-user] FYI: deprecating docker images on public docker hub

Hello folks,

we used to provide docker builds for our CE builds on Docker's Hub,
though with Docker's recent move of sunsetting the Free Team
organizations we decided to no longer provide nor support those.

If anyone of you as a user of our docker images should be affected
by this, we'd curious to know about your use case and please feel
free to reach out to us. :)
