[Spce-user] both LB and Proxy logs stopped working

Hello,

we have a ngcp ce (6.5.4) that is working OK, but since a reboot in 
december the kamailio logs are empty. Both LB and Proxy.

I found that they sere disabled with "ngcp-loglevel all --get" and 
enabled them with "ngcp-loglevel proxy --set-default" and "ngcp-loglevel 
lb --set-default" but the files stay with 0 bytes

I tried restarting the rsyslog.service, kamalio-lb.service and also a 
"ngcpcfg apply" and no change

any help is apreciated
