Hi Edo.
You need to enable the peer relaying.
Use this command in the shell as root
ngcpcfg set /etc/ngcp-config/config.yml kamailio.proxy.allow_peer_relay=yes
You can check the current value with the following command
ngcpcfg get kamailio.proxy.allow_peer_relay
