[Spce-user] Incorrect CDR Rating | mr12.3.1 | SipCE

Hi All

Would like to find out if anyone else has encountered the situation where
the call rating is rating the calls at a value lower than defined in the
billing profile fee's.

I have a situation where the fee's defined in the billing profile is 0.32
but the cdr's are rated to 0.19.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.
