[Spce-user] [EXTERNAL] Incorrect CDR Rating | mr12.3.1 | SipCE

You need to check the rated CDR record in the DB table accounting.cdr, the
fee, and the billing profile used to rate the specific CDR.
 Cross-check that the one applied is the one you intended to use.
