[Spce-user] [EXTERNAL] Release mr13.2.1 ?

Hi Cesar,

mr13.2.1 has been not announce to the public yet, because we have
encountered some issues during the final releasing process. We will send
the official announcement in the SPCE mailing list as soon as it will be
available.

The release notes will be available soon at the link:
