[Spce-user] mr13.5.1 - List registered users with command failures or no data

Dear all,

I am writing to report an issue with our mr13.5.1 platform regarding the
querying of active users.
When executing the registration verification commands (kamcmd, kamctl,
ngcp-kamcmd), the system returns no data.
This occurs despite the fact that we are certain there are currently
registered and active users.
Additionally, we have detected that the following warning is repeatedly
generated in the kamailio-proxy.log file:

For the moment, we are only retrieving the data using the REST API.

Is this a configuration error or a version-specific issue?
We haven't seen similar inquiries on the list.
