Dear Malte,

Issue is confirmed and a ticket has been raised about it #MT65461. This 
does not affect the functionality of the Invoices, as the list shows all 
the customer in your system (active, inactive, etc.). And in your case 
it is clear that because the contact was deleted, you will received such 
error message.
