The Community Edition and our commercial offerings serve different purposes and therefore follow different lifecycle and support models. As previously communicated, mr11.5.1 is the final Long-Term Support release available within the Community Edition. Future CE releases continue to provide the community with access to the latest developments of the Sipwise platform but follow a shorter support cycle.

 

For organizations running business-critical or production environments that require long-term stability, predictable maintenance windows, security updates, and professional support, Sipwise offers several commercial editions. These include access to our long-term support strategy and are backed by our engineering and support teams throughout the product lifecycle.

 

This approach allows us to continue investing in both the open-source community and our commercial platform, while maintaining a transparent release calendar and delivering ongoing innovation across our voice, UC, and carrier-grade communications solutions.


If you are evaluating Sipwise for production use and would like to better understand the available support options, lifecycle policies, or commercial editions, please feel free to reach out to the Sales team. We will be happy to discuss the most appropriate path for your deployment.

That was the last LTS version of CE, further versions have less than 1 year or even less than 6 months of support, right?

 

Just want to make sure which version will be usable in production in the future.
