[Spce-user] UPDATE ISSUES: mr14.1.1 No PSTN gateways available and Continually re-registering (MT#64552)

Thank you for your support.

I can confirm that after a further package update and upgrade AND
rebooting, it continues to Peer Auth register many times per second
against a non-existent Peering Server (credentials apparently having
survived deletion) and that Call Routing Verification throws an error.

[The Peering Rule refers to an experimental inbound RURI-Domain rule]
