Did you execute ngcp-network commands to make your systems listen to external
addresses?

The spce is media transparent. End devices will negotiate the codecs. What you
can do is filter the codecs in whitelist/blacjlist if you need to.

When you create a peer group and you create peer_hosts aka gateways, the ip
addresses og those gateways will be the only ones allowed and binded to that
peering group. Maybe I missundertood your question?

A peer is a peer.If you create peering servers you'll accept incoming traffic
from them. If you create peering rules you'll send the matching calls there.

Once you create a ncos level you can set it to a domain or a
particular subscriber.

files so you can import them in third party billing systems.
