[Spce-user] Using an external billing system

Skyler,

I bet that we all want these features and more.
However this is much more than billing. this is a complete front end
development, including a portal, billing and provisioning
(we did have a short discussion a few months ago about Provisioner.net...).

I don't assume that anybody will do this for us for free.

We need to organize to raise the needed funds and develop this together.
