[Spce-user] retries of INVITES for session timers

Matthew,
this is for how long sems will wait for the response before terminating
transaction. The retransmissions of request will be sent at T1*500ms
intervals: 500ms..1s..2s..4s..8s..16s etc, while the timer allows.
