[Spce-user] Call drops after 32 seconds

Hello,

I am troubleshooting a problem where call is dropped after 32 seconds
when using Express Talk (softphone client for Windows or MAC).

I am using HOMER and it seems the softphone is sending an ACK but it
never gets to the carrier, it seems its getting dropped at the NGCP
PROXY. You can view the image of the trace at
