It should start on startup unless you disable it in config.yml. But in that
case the cdrs would be exported without rating information.

If you want incoming calls to be exported you need to enable that option in
config.yml under the cdrexport section. By default only outgoing sucessfull
calls are exported.

I *strongly* suggest you and every spce user to *always* normalize the incoming
numbers to E164 format and send them in any way you want denormalizing them via
rewrite rules.

The system and all it's components should always work in E164 format. And you
should always work in that way when creating peeing rules, billing profiles...
etc


PD: Did I mention *strongly suggest E164 format*? I meant it.
