[Spce-user] ngcpct='sip:127.0.0.1:5080' in Contact header

Andreas,

We have the same issue with Level 3 Communications / Global Crossing on
their Enterprise SIP Platform.   As background, they have a Acme Packet SBC
in front of their Broadsoft App Server.

When the party on the Peer/Level3 side of the network sends a BYE, it never
reaches the subscriber on the SPCE side and hangs.  If the SPCE subscriber
sends the BYE, then it appears to work properly.

>From everything we can see and with feedback from Level , their SBC or App
Server appears to be getting confused by the address SPCE puts in the
contact ID field.   Is there a setting that will put an additional or
different IP address in the Contact ID field?    I likely can't get a
packet capture until Thursday night (US-EDT), but would be happy to provide
one privately later in the week.
