[Spce-user] SIP Message store and forward and apache/nginx in 3.1

Hi,
to store message for offline users you need msilo module - it should be
pretty straightforward to add it to kamailio config:
http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/4.0.x/modules/msilo.html.
