[Spce-user] Multi-user video conferencing

Hi,

I like the video call support in SP, but is there a way to initiate a 
multi-user video conference within the system?

I did see MCU Media Server and that apparently supports what I need, but 
I'd like to know if I can do it all within SP before I try that out.

Any thoughts?
