[Spce-user] Can a reseller break rate-o-mat with a faulty rate sheet?

I'd like this as well. Ideally, if I cannot bill it, I don't want to
connect it, regardless of whether a route exists. I have raised a ticket in
the past about this (we use SP Pro) as well as the fact that rate-o-mat
stops on missing rate but did not get anywhere. I think it requires a
fairly fundamental rethink of how this is handled in Kamailio, sems and
rate-o-mat.

With Prepaid on SP Pro if you call a number where a rate doesn't exist the
call won't connect. It returns a 500 error - could be a cleaner error but
at least it does not connect the call. This would make me think that having
an option to not connect a call where no rate exists would be possible in
sems.
