[Spce-user] Registering to domain name

Hi,
currently we have other priority, so I would say it's on low prio.
It's a little bit more complicated, since we need to patch SEMS somehow,
in order to check the DB, take the outbound_socket used by that peer and
the add P-Out-Socket ticket in the REGISTER message, so LB can use the
right socket.
