[Spce-user] System Statistics stopped working

Hi Alex,

Will try your pointers.

For the record, i did:
- stop all /etc/init.d/ngcp* services
- stop /etc/init.d/mysql
- change timezone
- reboot

I did see that accounting stores epoch (good architectural decision) rather
then date.
Would you say that this process is somewhat safe ?
