[Spce-user] Basic SIP Installation

Bill,

Thanks for your reply. Actually I am logged in as a different user and as
per my understanding if I need to do update or install anything I need to
login as root. Before installation of SIPWISE I was able to login to root
and install. I did installation only after logging in as root only. But
after installation I couldn't go through.
