Hey Lorenzo
I probably should have a said sngrep seems to show the correct register message user at sip:DNSdomain whe. Using the DNS domain and also user at sip:x.x.x.x if I try using the IP address. 
Although I don't see the 403 response going back out to the registering client from sngrep.
