You observed the exact intention. You fee setup is malformed, so it forces you to fix that to eg. prevents false positive fraud detections to trigger.

Added it the entries, and it still crashes. Rate-o-mat ought not to crash when it does not find an entry, because it's crashing means all other calls does not get rated.

Although, I already switched to 3CX. Sipwise is great, but still quite unstable.
