Thanks Rene for the detailed explanation 
So, thinking to the minutes instead, I have to set them on Customers> Contract Balance> Set Cash Balance> Free-Time Balance 

For example, setting 1000 seconds if the customer uses 900 seconds during the month, the system will add 100 seconds the following month, bringing the Free-Time Balance back to 1000. Correct?
