[Spce-user] Call Recordings can't be deleted via GUI mr8.5.4

Hello again,

 

deleting a call recording is still not working. Normal delete and force delete don’t work.

But if I delete the recorded file on the NFS share, I can delete the call recoding via GUI with “force delete”.

 

So there is somewhere a permission problem… but really don’t know where cause the GUI account has master and system rights.

 

BTW: how can I batch-force-delete all entries of a subscriber, peer? Is there some CLI command for it?

I played around today with the call recordings feature and it works fine so far. I can playback them via GUI and also download it from NFS share.

But as I try to delete my recorded files via the GUI (Subscriber > Call Recordings > Delete Recordings) I get an error back: Failed to delete recording [167E2498F5DADAF8]

 

Also if I try to enable “Force delete” I get back the same error message.

 

In var/log/ngcp/panel.log I found this:

I record to a NFS mount:

 

    nfs_remote_path: /NFS_share/call-recordings

    output_dir: /var/lib/rtpengine-recording

 

Any idea how to fix that?
