[Spce-user] Extra daemon in SPCE - Problem with Upgrade/Reboot

First of all I'd like to clarify - the additional packages are not deleted. They still exist on /ngcp-fallback partition as well as configs, etc.

> Is there a way to install them and ensure that they are not deleted with each update? Like customtts for example

It's not implemented yet but will be. Unfortunately no estimates so far.
