Hello Rene,
since upgrade to mr8.5.1 the fraud notify mails doesn’t work anymore.
Mail delivery directly via CLI is working but not the notify mail from fraud.
I checked logs and found a lot of this entries in api.log
Oct 20 09:30:02 spce ngcp-panel: INFO: IP=127.0.0.1 CALLED=API[GET 401]/api/customerfraudevents/ TX=163FA2CF0DFB9378 USER= DATA={ 'notify_status' => 'new', 'no_count' => 'true', 'rows' => '100', 'page' => '1'} MSG="" LOG="Authorization required."
Oct 20 09:30:02 spce ngcp-panel: INFO: IP=127.0.0.1 CALLED=API[GET]/api/customerfraudevents/ TX=163FA2CF10B20CA0 USER=system DATA={ 'page' => '1', 'rows' => '100', 'no_count' => 'true', 'notify_status' => 'new'} MSG="" LOG=""
Oct 20 09:30:02 spce ngcp-panel: INFO: IP=127.0.0.1 CALLED=API[GET 200]/api/customerfraudevents/ TX=163FA2CF10B20CA0 USER=system DATA={ 'rows' => '100', 'page' => '1', 'no_count' => 'true', 'notify_status' => 'new'} MSG="" LOG="{ "_links" : { "curies" : { "href" : "http://purl.org/sipwise/ngcp-api/#rel-{rel}", "name" : "ngcp", "templated" : true }, "profile" : { "href" : "http://purl.org/sipwise/ngcp-api/" }, "self" : { "href" : "/api/customerfraudevents/?page=1&rows=100¬ify_status=new&no_count=true" } }, "total_count" : null}"
In panel-debug.log I found this:

Oct 20 09:30:02 spce ngcp-panel: DEBUG: Root::auto: enable cache

Oct 20 09:30:02 spce ngcp-panel: DEBUG: form is taken from cache
In panel-fcgi.log I found this:
Oct 20 09:30:02 spce ngcp_panel_fastcgi.pl[1474]: Use of uninitialized value $string in pattern match (m//) at /usr/share/perl5/DateTime/Format/Strptime.pm line 225.
Not sure, but it looks like this could be maybe relevant for this problem.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen,
Matthias Hohl
