Hello,

 

it looks like that your rate doesn’t effect the call.

But with this lag of information about your billing profile and the call itself, it is hard to help you in any way.

It is like “my car doesn’t drive”… but it could be 20000 things, why it doesn’t drive.

 

Post the call you did (A number and B number) and how it got be normalized with rewrite rules.

And than show us the billing profile settings for this destination.

Hello everyone.

I have a terrible problem with setting up billing.

I have set the plans, I have set the rates, there is a specific zone and yet when I make a call, the CDR shows the connection, but the cost is 0

in the CDR it does not show at all that it is classified as a zone.
