Hi Alexander,

There is no specific setup to make the announcement working only if the
caller is coming from PSTN.
What is necessary is to have have the preference flagged, the soundset
associated to the callee and the announcement properly loaded into the
soundset.

A possible reason could be a wrong codec negotiation when the announcement
is played. To investigate it you can use sngrep tool.
You can also compare the kamailio proxy logs of the call when the
announcement is played and when it is not.

Please always report the version of you system because it will simplify the
investigation.
